Off course. i'm planning to launch a website for all developing districts of Ajman.
Just there is a point about Ajman Uptown. How many residential units are there in Ajman Uptown and How many people will be resident in this distict?
Certainly It's very lower than districts including towers. Look to these new website; Marmooka City and Humaid City! Unfortuantely we don't have members who are discussing in these websites.
I think Ajman Uptown will be worse. So, It needs to more assessing.
What's your idea about a website including all districts including villa like Green City, Ittihad Village, Escape, Onys and Flora (for beginning)?

I think it's better to separate the forum from listings.
