Before I begin.... let me say..this website is a great place to gain information and exchange various views and ideas. Great job guys!!

I currently reside in Australia and was thinking of buying an apartment or a villa in Ajman. My parents reside in Sharjah(Expats). I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction when it comes to attaining a home loan in the UAE being a citizen of another country. What are the interest rates like? How many percent of the home value can be borrowed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
